Cancellation Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled therapy appointment and have not sent notification at least 24 hours in advance will be required to pay a $75 no show fee, unless the agreement with their insurance company does not allow this. Any client who cancels more than twice without sufficient notice may be seen on a call ahead basis only if there is an opening that day. Since emergencies and accidents happen, the first missed appointment will not be charged.
Individuals who miss (2) two consecutive appointments will be placed in inactive status.
